Recording, production & content
A record people can listen to. Performances they can watch. Stories that introduce the artist behind the music. We plan the recording and its release content together.
01 / Services
What we can do for your release
Recording & production
Location recording, technical support, music production and mastering for solo artists, singer-songwriters and small line-ups of up to three musicians. We bring the setup to your rehearsal room, home or another location that suits the music. We agree the arrangement, setup and scope before the session.
Performance video & artist photography
We plan the images alongside the recording: full performance videos, short reels, artist and band photographs, cover artwork and clips in which you talk about the songs. Analogue black-and-white or digital photography can be part of the production.
Social media & release support
On request, we help with captions, release planning, publishing and ongoing social media support. You review and agree the content before publication. A single session or a longer collaboration can be arranged individually.
Send us your music, your location and the recordings or content you need. We discuss the project and put together an offer for the agreed scope.
02 / Our story
Good music needs a way to reach people
Over the past 15 years, we have produced more than 5,000 social media videos through our agency work. We bring that experience into music: capturing a performance clearly, finding a strong opening and shaping material for the people and platforms it is meant for.
We are developing HEAR US PLAY into an independent label and a recording, production and social media partner for musicians. A guitar part, a conversation between takes or a detail in the room can become part of the story of a release.
In development: Visual & Unplugged
Our next step is a dedicated recording space with an adjoining photography setup. Bring your songs, perhaps an album you have already released, and record a new unplugged version with the performance captured on video at the same time.
The plan is five to eight fixed camera angles for solo artists and line-ups of up to three people. A multicamera workflow around DaVinci Resolve would make the video edit part of the session, with time afterwards to refine the performances.
A possible result is an unplugged album, full performance videos, artist photographs and 25 social media assets. The dedicated studio and this format are in development. Dates, deliverables and budgets are agreed individually.
Alongside individually priced productions, we are exploring participation-based collaborations. Any arrangement would define the work, rights, revenue share and duration together. There is no fixed standard package or participation model at this stage.
