2. Hosting and connection data

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes the data needed for hosting as a processor under Article 28 GDPR.

The hosting provider automatically records server-log data when pages or files are accessed: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, the accessing device's host name, request time and IP address. The purpose is delivery, troubleshooting and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in reliable, secure operation. We do not combine these data with visitor profiles or use them for advertising.

Data are kept for as long as their processing purpose requires. Once that purpose ends, they are deleted unless lawful grounds such as statutory retention duties or the preservation of legal claims require longer storage.

Provider information: ALL-INKL.COM privacy information.

3. Cookies, tracking and media

This website does not set cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, local storage or session storage to recognise visitors. There are no social plugins or embedded third-party video players.

Fonts are system or web-safe fonts. Stylesheets, images and audio are served by this website. The browser may cache files as part of its normal technical operation; we do not use this to create visitor profiles. Music plays through the browser's native audio player. No YouTube player or script is loaded.

4. External links

YouTube and other external services are ordinary links. Following one opens the provider's website, where its own privacy information applies. Those services are not loaded as embedded content by this website.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details, message and any files you provide to answer your enquiry. Providing them is voluntary. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries, with the legitimate interest of responding to you.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting contract. Legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims may require longer storage. The data are deleted afterwards.

6. Recipients

Access is limited to authorised people and service providers needed for these purposes, including hosting and email providers. Other recipients may be involved where you request it, a contract requires it or the law requires disclosure. We do not sell visitor data. Loading this static website does not send data to social platforms or advertising networks.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. No tracking consent is requested for ordinary visits.

Right to object

You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR under Article 21 GDPR. We will stop that processing unless overriding compelling grounds or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims justify continuing it.

Complaints

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, or another authority competent under Article 77 GDPR.

8. Security and updates

When accessed over HTTPS, the connection between browser and website is encrypted. This website does not use profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We update this policy when the functions or processing change.
